Construction of New Pavilion | Major Refurbishment
At Westbury Constructions, we believe in building with purpose, combining practical innovation with community-first thinking.
Following the successful delivery of a wide range of projects across New South Wales, we’re proud to be a construction partner on Stage 3 of the Mark Taylor Oval Redevelopment, continuing our mission to deliver high-quality, inclusive public infrastructure. This redevelopment is part of a broader, three-stage master plan that has revitalised Mark Taylor Oval as a key sporting and recreational precinct for the local community.
Stage 3 – What We’re Delivering
- Refurbishment of the existing heritage-listed 1920s building to upgrade change rooms and amenities for female and accessible users
- Demolition of outdated 1990s annex structures, making way for improved, functional spaces
- Construction of a brand new two-storey pavilion, featuring:
- Public amenities
- Storage facilities
- A kitchenette
- A flexible community/clubroom space on Level 1
- Landscaping and civil works to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding residential area
- Electrical infrastructure upgrades, including a new main switchboard and distribution boards
Building with Purpose, Across NSW
This project reflects Westbury’s core values- delivering quality-built, community-enhancing infrastructure. With staff across NSW, offices in Sydney and Newcastle, and projects spanning the Far North Coast to the Riverina, we are proud to be a reliable delivery partner for state and local governments, NGOs, and community housing providers.
From heritage refurbishments to large-scale social infrastructure, our work is supported by ISO-certified quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
