The Knapsack Park Redevelopment delivered a significant upgrade to one of Glenbrook’s key community recreation spaces, enhancing facilities for local sporting clubs and visitors alike.
Works included the demolition of existing structures and construction of a new architecturally designed, steel-framed amenities building comprising East and West pavilions. The facility features unisex toilets, showers, change rooms, a meeting space, canteen, and storage areas, providing a modern and inclusive environment for players and spectators.
Additional works included new pathways, an upgraded carpark, and landscaping, improving accessibility and usability across the site. The completed redevelopment provides a durable and functional community asset that supports sport, recreation, and social connection within the Blue Mountains region.
