The St Clair Leisure Centre underwent a significant transformation as part of Penrith City Council’s Building Asset Renewal Program, delivering upgraded community facilities that are both modern and accessible.
Works included a complete refurbishment of the centre’s internal and external areas, featuring new activity and dance rooms, a refreshed entry foyer, modern kiosk, and upgraded sports hall. The project also introduced new ambulant toilets, energy-efficient lighting, and improved accessibility throughout the building.
Externally, the centre received a full facelift with new landscaping and bold, contemporary colour schemes designed to create a welcoming and vibrant community hub.
Delivered on time and within budget, the refurbishment enhances the centre’s functionality and aesthetic appeal while ensuring its long-term usability for local residents and community groups
